We are a private practice of experienced and compassionate clinical psychologists who have dedicated our lives to helping others find lasting solutions to their mental health challenges. Our mission is to foster personal growth and psychological well-being through the use and dissemination of the most effective mental health treatments available within a supportive, empathic, and inclusive environment.

While physically located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, we offer confidential tele-health services to over 42 states, allowing you to engage in psychotherapy from the comfort of your own home. In-person appointments are coming soon.

We treat teens, adults, couples, families, trying, expecting, and new mothers, Veterans and first-responders, and medical and mental health providers. Our remarkable team of psychologists is well-versed in many therapeutic approaches that have been rigorously tested and proven effective through scientific research, allowing us to treat a variety of symptoms while ensuring that each client receives the best possible care.

We specialize in evidence-based psychotherapy through a trauma-informed lens. Our particular areas of focus include adjustment difficulties, PTSD and stress reactions, anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, depression, grief, shame and guilt, pre and post-natal difficulties, anger, disordered eating, sleep disturbance, relationship challenges, suicidal thoughts and behavior, self-injury, and substance abuse.
